How it works
From a guest’s message to a reply that sounds like you, with a person in charge of anything that matters.
-
Connect what you already have
Your email inboxes, messaging numbers, phone system and booking system connect through connectors. Guests notice nothing: they keep writing and calling the same addresses and numbers.
-
Every message lands on one work list
Each message joins its conversation and is matched to the guest, even when they email one day and text the next. It is tagged with what they want and the booking it touches, and sorted so what needs you comes first.
-
The agent does the legwork
It reads the message, finds the guest’s bookings, looks up your hours, menus and dress code, checks availability, and drafts a reply in your restaurant’s voice.
-
Your house rules decide what happens
Simple questions and running-late notes are answered at once. Booking changes wait for a person’s approval. Complaints and personal matters go straight to a person. You set this per restaurant and per kind of request.
-
You approve in one tap
A notification brings you to the item, with the guest, the booking and the draft. Approve it, edit it or turn it down. When a reply promises a booking change, the change goes through first, so a guest is never told it’s done when it isn’t.
-
Everything is written down
Every decision is logged: what the agent did on its own, and who approved what.
Calls, too
When the phone rings, Regular looks up the number and sends a card to your team’s phones: who is calling, their booking, any open conversation, and the likely reason, such as running late when their table is in an hour. Unknown numbers show as a new caller. Every call, answered or missed, goes on the guest’s timeline.
Just ask it
The staff app has an assistant you can talk or type to. Ask what needs attention, have it draft a reply, or tell it to approve something. It acts as you, with your permissions, and only on your say-so.
For the whole team
One sign-in reaches every restaurant you work at, with Google, Apple or an emailed link. All your restaurants share one list, each item marked with its venue, or you can look at one at a time.
Roles keep it sensible: staff handle the list and replies, managers approve booking changes, admins set up people, connectors and the AI. The app runs on iPhone, Android, desktop and the web.
Rails that hold
- No booking changes without the approval your rules require, whoever asks, including an outside AI assistant.
- If the AI returns something malformed or manipulated, no booking change runs.
- Known guests, anyone with a booking, and threads you’ve replied to are never filtered as junk.
- Each restaurant’s data is kept separately; one can never see another’s.
